Intermittent failure to start PC

Not sure if this is Win10 or just hardware, but about once a week, maybe less, when I start my PC it appears to start up, the keyboard lights flash a couple of times, then it just goes off. Usually if I press the Start button again it will start and work normally. While this is mildly annoying, as long as it starts up all is good, but why is it doing this, does it indicate a major failure coming (it has been doing this for over a year) and what can I do to stop this happening?

I am running version 1909 (OS Build 18363.1379) if that helps in any way?

Hope someone can point me in the right direction/provide some comfort that I should not worry?

Is the CPU a i7-2600?

If positive, when was the last time you replaced the CR2032 coin battery?

After a overnight shut ed down, start the computer and enter BIOS. Is date and time correct?

So I don't think that is a problem. The Disk is fairly new so should be fine.

Didnt know there was a batter that might need replaced. So never replaced it. Will check the BIOS date and time tomorrow if I remember before starting the PC.

Last week I replaced the battery, and until today I had no problem. But just now when I booted up the PC it did the same thing. I press the start button, lights on keyboard flashed and the PC then just switches off. I had hoped the battery thing would have fixed it.

Any other suggestions please? I can live with occasionally having to boot the PC twice though it doesn't seem right, and I am concerned some day it sill decide not to boot up at all.
