When I do devices by connection I saw this:

Yes, I agree. My BIOs are out of date and I know I can update them by putting the update file in my USB (I saw the setting in BIOs). But the thing is I'm having trouble figuring out which BIOS firmware I need.

You should download the bios from the motherboard manufacturer website. What's the brand of your motherboard ?

I would suggest updating your TenForums profile "My Computer" info. Include such things as PC Mfg, Model #, Serial # and any other info you wish to supply. With that further info, others may be able to assist with BIOS Firmware.

Here's a TenForums tutorial showing System Specs recommendations....System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums | Tutorials

Just to update. I was able to update my BIOS as I found the website from my PC manufacture.

Running latest version released in 2018 but slow boot issue remains, so I will just continue to leave the Asmedia SATA Controller disabled.

    Thanks again!

You can try updating the Asmedia driver: Catalogue Microsoft Update

Wow, issue is fully fixed now.

I updated the Asmedia driver to version 3.2.3.0 and now even with it enabled my computer boots normally.

Thank you again for all your help in getting to the bottom of this.
