Boot issues ASUS ROG Strix Z590-A Gaming

    Hi all,

As the thread mentions I'm getting slow boot times compared to my Z490 which had the same hardware (except board) & software. Winver 19042.804.

I get a hang on welcome screen for at least 10 seconds but it's consistent.

I'm not the best at tracing so maybe one of you experts can guide me.

    Here is the boot trace.

    Thank for the help!

Hey Dude (love the name). That was my main objective but boot time changed and I just wanted someone who could read the trace and tell me if the saw a problem.

I can read BSOD files but not too good with trace files.

It seems that the low boot time is related to your Realtek USB Audio.

Unplug any external USB device and see if it helps.

Thanks a bunch Zinou. I suspected it was that but wasn't sure how to read the file. I will test it
If it's not too much to ask, can you post a pic from trace showing in the trace what shows it's sound driver?

I just want to learn how to understand the trace.

    If not, thanks a bunch
