Windows 10 logon take long time

Recently, I have observed my Windows 10 PC taking long time to logon to desktop occasionally. After entering username and password, it may takes 10 to 30 seconds to complete the logon process and show Windows desktop screen.

The Windows logon time is measured after PC restart or power-up, and then wait for a few minute after power-on. It seems that 30 seconds Windows logon time is relatively long unreasonable. I have recorded the boot trace and please find the ETL file Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

For this case, it took 27 sec for your reference. I have no idea how to identify the which timeslot for the logon activity (from entered password to Desktop shown). Please help and advice, thanks.

Your boot trace shows a High CPU and Disk activities, and it seems that the Intel Rapid Storage driver is the culprit;

1. Update the Intel Rapid Storage driver;
2. If the first solution doesn't help, uninstall this driver your Windows will use the standard Microsoft Storage Controller

Thanks for your finding. Actually, I use two HDDs running in RAID1.
I will first try to update the driver, and check if it improves the logon time. Report here later.

I have updated the Intel rapid storage driver to latest version, and have performed several logon tests. The logon times are still spent long (~30 sec) occasionally. I have observed that the logon activity is occurred during Regions of Interest -> RequestCredentialsActivity in WPA. But I cannot figure out what cause the long logon time yet. You can disable one drive for startup win the configuration menu of onedrive or opening the Taskmanager
and go to the startup tap and disable it there.
I never use one drive on start, and only run it when I need to.

I do not use onedrive app in the computer. I just use onedrive webpage to upload the ETL files.

I have installed autologon, and perform two more logon tests as recorded below:
1st case took 27 sec from timeline 41 to 68 sec - Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.
2nd case took 17 sec from timeline 37 to 54 sec - Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

Do you think the relative high disk usage of raid driver cause the slow logon occasionally? Or by other reason?
