Looking at my computer specs in "my computer", does anyone know how to make my computer faster without buying, upgrading, or purchasing anything. Be reminded that I did all the average tutorials that you would search up in Google.

Norton probably screwed the install up too
Best to clean install the os.

if your computer used to be faster and has slowed down over time, the best bet is to backup your data, and then reinstall Windows fresh on the drive. It will get rid of the cruft that you have accumulated over time with installs, updates, etc.
