    I would like to recover files that have been deleted from my recycle bin. I don't know what forum to post a question about this in.

    For the most part you can post just about anywhere. The moderators will move the topic if it needs moved.
    As for your question, the 1st thing I would try is the free program... Recuva

    Recovering files deleted from the recycle bin


    Hello,

    I went through on impulse and deleted lots of stuff I not regret deleting (long story). I know there is an app for this for some of the latest versions of Windows 10, Windows File Recovery, but I never got the hang of that and it seemed to be for only if you knew the name of the file that was lost. I seem to remember using File Manager (or some such) to see all deleted files, but I don't remember how I did it.
