Is safe to delete the C:\Windows\Panther folder ?

Simple as the title. Is safe to delete the "Panther" folder at C:\Windows directory.
Note : i think it is created after a (succesful) repair upgrade.
    I run Windows 10 Pro x64 ver 20H2 build 19042.685. Thanks.

If you use full OS image backups.. pretty much anything is safe to delete.

The Panther folder contains logs, related to upgrades, etc. If you're sure you have no need to "undo" those upgrades...then the Panther folder is safe to delete.

My Panther folder is only 23 KB. So, I'm not gonna worry about it. It has four files (logs) inside.
Two of those can't be deleted normally. I have to use UnlockIT to unlock those two, before I could even read, let alone delete them.

    1) Microsoft's community link is about Windows 7
    2) Microsoft's docs page dont say nothing about delete
    3) I 'm sure i have no need to undo the upgrades
    4) Panther's folder size is 578MB
So i understand right that i can delete "Panther" ?

These are methods that can regularly be used to free up drive space:
Free Up Drive Space in Windows 10

Step #14 will free up some of the Panther logs: $Windows.~BT folder

I've not found anything from Microsoft regarding any potential problems when deleting panther logs.

Third party sources indicate that they can be deleted provided that there are no upgrade problems:

Had you deleted the WS folder?

If not, it can also be deleted.

    Can I delete $Windows.~BT & $Windows.~WS folders?.

For the whole Panther folder it's still the same answer: no information found yet in a Microsoft publication.
