Turning off hard drive > letting computer go to sleep is NOT WORKING

I leave my HP Envy Notebook with Intel 7 processor on 24/7. I've tried adjusting the power advanced settings to allow the computer to go to sleep and eventually turn off the hard drive if I am away from it for several hours. Sometimes this works and now it is does not.
I watched a You Tube tech tutorial and created an export of the energy settings Power Efficiency Diagnostics Report. It found 3 errors 21 warnings and 74 informational and have attached the report as a pdf.

Basically, I would like for the computer to enter sleep mode after 30 minutes away from it and turn off the hard drive after 2 hours to turn off the laptop. Sometimes, the notebook is off when I start my day, but most of the days it is still running.

What can be done to accomplish what I mentioned above?

Thank you to all of you for viewing this thread and any assistance you can offer to fix this.

Thank you Steven for bringing that to my attention that the pdf wouldn't open. It originally would have been 2.13 mb in the original pdf in color. I tried saving it in black & white but that was the one you mentioned wouldn't open.

I tried it again by saving it in its original color for pages 1 through 4. I'll try uploading pages 5-8 on a separate posting.

If you run following from admin powershell

    Code:
    powercfg /requests
it should say none for everything. If not, post what is shows as non-none entries mean it won't be able to sleep.

I can open last two PDFs, but won't be able look at them for a bit.

    Hello @FredricJLowe,

    PowerCFG

This can be very useful in situations like this.

I have written a Batch script that will give you a lot of Power Configuration / Management Information that might prove useful, just download and run the Batch script below . . .

    > Attachment 309922.

It will create a PowerCFG_Detailed_Analysis.txt file on the Desktop.

It will also create the following files on the Desktop . . .

    Battery-Report.html
    Energy-Report.html
    System-Power-Report.html
    System-Sleep-Diagnostics.html

Just post the PowerCFG_Detailed_Analysis.txt file on the Desktop and I am sure that someone will look at it for you.

    I hope this helps.

Ctrl-alt-del, selecting sleep - does that work?

Yes I noticed that from the PowerCFG_Detailed_Analysis.txt file you uploaded.

Perhaps the problem lies with one of the following . . .
