    Resource Monitor

I got a quick question for resource monitor. Under CPU I have CPU Total, then service CPU Usage and then CPU 0 through to CPU 7. Why so many CPU under Resource Monitor?

That is normal, it is trying to break down CPU usage among process types.
So total is same as TM, the services gives cpu usage of back ground processes and then each core shows how load is spread over all the cores.
So it's more for trying to pin down issues with usage.
    Maybe this link will help.

... because your CPU has 8 cores and/or threads. Like Task Manager, it shows both the overall usage and usage for each individual core/thread.

What model CPU do you have?
