Windows 10 takes over 5 minutes to reach the login screen
How can I speed it up?
    I'm using Windows 10 20H2

I have already done chkdsk, dism and sfc and no errors were found. I've also installed windows updates.

Check the startup manager tab in the Task Manager
    Control-shift-escape
and see if a 3rd party program is slowing you down.
    You can disable anything there.
Also check the task scheduler to see if you have chkdisk , defrag or any sync programs running.

Why would any third party programs be running on my computer BEFORE I have typed in my password to login to my computer? I think the answer is that they do not. Third party programs do not run on Windows before the user is logged in. It is nonsensical and it violates the nature of user authentication systems to run software for a user if the user is not logged in.

It can be a driver issue!
Have you tried to update your drivers ? you can go to your computer manufacturer website and check for new drivers.

Also Update you Bios if not already done.

If none of this work, you have to make a boot trace, with WPR, so that we can analyze your boot time. You can search in the forum for threads related to that.

Here is a tutorial on how to record a boot trace:

There are a number of third party programs which are set for "All Users" which can load at boot.
Windows defrag and chdisk will run before log in as well.

But I would suggest you download a copy of HDTune which can give you a deeper view of you Hard Drive/SSD.
Small possibility that your computer is set to boot from something other then your main drive.
check the boot order in your bios setup.

I have used HDTune and an error scan found no errors and my health status is okay.

You will be surprised to find out how many applications and services starts with windows before you log in.
Open a CMD window and type:
    msconfig
Under services hide M$ services to see all non M$ services
Under Startup you will find all applications that start with windows before you log in.

As already suggested Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

If you want to boot in seconds rather in minutes, replace the HDD with a SSD. A SSD is 6 times faster. Computer will boot in seconds rather than in minutes.
It doesn't have moving parts so it's shock prof .

I have installed Crucial BX500. So far so good.

Install the HDD on a USB enclosure to use as an external drive to do your backups.

I have done a clean boot my disabling all non-microsoft services and disabling all the startup items in the task manager, and it doesn't fix the problem. My laptop still takes over 5 minutes to reach the login screen.

I can't tamper with my laptop by opening it up and replacing the hard disk drive with a solid state drive, as that would void my insurance to physically modify the device.

A clean boot doesn't fix anything. Is just to compare the time to boot clean and the time to boot with all the startup app and services.
If a clean boot didn't change much, your hardware is slow. As a SSD is 6 times faster, only replacing the HDD by a SSD will reduce the booting times to 20%.

Even for a HDD, 5 minutes is too long! there is somthing wrong.

If your boot delay occured after a windows Update/Upgrade it's 90% a driver issue.

Can you check your Bios boot time, to be sure the delay is not related to some Bios missconfiguration settings?

Next, record a boot trace (check the link in my previous post) so that we can troubleshoot that properly.
