Help! 20% CPU Usage by System (Ntoskrnl.exe) only after cold boot !

Hi, I have a brand new custom made PC optimized for recording music (on Avid Pro Tools HD 12.5 software), in addition the windows 10 LTSC has been entirely optimized for best performance in recording audio.

My problem is : *Only* after cold boot (turning on the computer) I see 20% CPU usage by System process (Ntoskrnl.exe)....using Process Hacker I see a ACPI.sys thread , what is that ???
Why every time I re-boot the computer this problem disappears and the CPU usage in the Task Manager is perfectly 0% or 1% ?

It is very annoying because I always have to re-boot, you know.
Please, see attachments for more details of my problem (Task Manager and Process Hacker screenshots)

These are the specifications of my computer:

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    - O.S. Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC - Version 1809
    - CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K @ 3.60 GHz
    - RAM: 32 Gb (2 x 16Gb) Corsair Vengeance 3000 MHz
    - Mother Board: Asus Prime Z370-A II - BIOS version: 1001 (24/05/2019)
    - Graphic Card: Asus GeForce GT 710
    - SIIG Firewire 800 PCIe
    - Asus Thunderboltex 3 Card
    - Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 2nd generation USB audio/midi interface
    - Corsair Hydro H60 2018 All-in-one Liquid CPU Cooler
    - Corsair TX650M power supply
    - N.1 Samsung MZ-76E500 EVO (500 Gb) SSD for O.S.
    - N.2 Crucial MX500 (1 Tb) SSD for Sessions & Libraries
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please can someone guide me step by step how to solve this issue ?

    Thanks in advance

    Angelo

Start by uninstalling AiSuite, whatever you use it for can be done in the UEFI/BIOS, except led control. You might need ASUS's official cleaner app since AiSuites have a bad reputation of not uninstalling clean on their own. High ACPI.sys activity sounds like some hardware monitoring software like AiSuite is calling the driver.
