Use the procedure in Option 3 of the tutorial to run SFC then follow up with the DISM command [described in the notes after Option 3 Step 4] to fix errors SFC could not fix on its own.
    SFC-DISM - TenForumsTutorials
    - Do make sure you are online for the DISM command to do its job.

If you still have errors that are not fixed then please extract them from the CBS.log using the procedure in Option 5. The output will be small enough to attach to your post [unlike the whole CBS.log]

Or download and run Tuneup1.bat from the BSOD repository which will run them for you: Also run chkdsk but that should not be a problem.

Tuneup1.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    sfc /scannow
    chkdsk /scan

Then if you want to pull data out of CBS.log or CBSpersist.log, run

SFCfromFile.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

Extract all SFC entries from CBS.log or CbsPersist*.log (if necessary) and write the output to SFCfromFile.log in the %temp% directory.

They are meant for BSOD debugging but work well for other uses as well.

    Thank you for your reply!
I tried Option 3, but did not work, so I went ahead to step 5!
I am attaching sfcdetails.txt from my system.

As well as posting the output file [...], please would you explain what happened when you tried to run SFC /scannow - what "did not work"?

Sorry, I am a newbie. Is not the sfcdetails.txt the output file for sfc /scannow command?
The message that it is displaying is: "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them"
I hope it can be fixed soon, so I do not disturb you guys!

[You posted the file just as I was posting the comment that I had not seen it. I have it now]

So the irreparable error is in the 'App' version of Character map.

What happens if you run C:\Windows\System32\charmap.exe?
    - This is the traditional version from before 'Apps' were invented.

Can you go to the MS Store and update / redownload the 'App' version ofCharacter map?

I run charmap executable file, and it just runs normally!
Do I just need to update it?

I'm puzzled. I cannot find any Character map 'App' on my computer. Just the traditional C:\Windows\System32\charmap.exe version [that you have already said works].

Try going to Settings, Apps, Troubleshooting Microsoft Store Apps [on the right-hand side].

I've just run this command in a PowerShell window to list my 'Apps' and it confirms that I do not have an 'App' by that name
    Code:
    Get-AppxPackage | Select Name, PackageFullName
Perhaps you could check on your computer.

The command is from Apps - Uninstall - TenForumsTutorials [option 3]

That probably means that you got it from the MS Store and that you can therefore just use the store to reinstall/update it.

That tutorial has a list of Related tutorials at the end that contains others you might want to read, including
