DISM fails to repair offline Windows

    You could try this, I suppose- again depends on damage to disk contents.
    Assuming no disk image and no backup and you had enough on it to make it worth the cost of the license vs time:
    Use the disk to which you copied the damaged O/S as source (or an image of it in fact).

    Clean install Win 10 to a new disk.
    Use either Laplink PCMover or Easeus Todo PC Trans to move users, data and installed programs as you wish.

    That idea crossed my mind ... But when I searched for the BSOD code 0xC0000135, it appears that the registry might be corrupt... In that case, I doubt if these tools can succeed.
