Unaccounted for Dell Laptop Hard Drive space on C: drive SSD

I have a Dell Inspiron 3793 running Windows 10 Home version 1909. The C drive is a 256GB SSD, and I am noticing a bunch of unaccounted for hard drive space (see pictures below). Drive properties show 163GB used, but when I select all the files they only total to 94GB (69GB unaccounted for). If you look on the WinDirStat listing below, there is a 32GB file labelled "<Unknown>". What is going on? What can I do to free up the space?

1) In the left lower corner search type: storage > click storage settings > click free up space now > check all boxes > click remove files

2) In the left lower corner search type: clean > click disk cleanup > check all boxes > click clean up system files > click ok > click delete files

I did the drive properties disk cleanup along with cleaning up system files. Here is TreeSize listing:

You need to expand the tree for your Windows folder, it shouldn't be as large as the 39GB TreeSize shows yours to be. Typically after cleaning up system files I'd expect it to be less than 20GB, as mine is....

4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
5) dism /online /cleanup-Image /startcomponentcleanup

7) chkdsk /scan
8) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
9) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
10) wmic recoveros get autoreboot
11) wmic recoveros get DebugInfoType
12) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}
13) powercfg -h off
14) wmic pagefile list /format:list
15) wmic Computersystem where name="%computername%" get AutomaticManagedPagefile

16) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

17) Reboot

powercfg -h on
shutdown /r

18) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread
