Windows 10 constantly writting to SSD!(3TBW in ONE month)

Hi! First of all, sorry about my english, its not my primary language.
So, I bought a SSD NVME in 30/07/2020(the day that i had the SSD in hands) till then all good, formated my computer, moved the backup again and all working fine.
3 days ago I was testing a new plan of Internet(I work on a ISP), then I noticed a "limit" on my download speed using steam, it never happens before, but i didn't gavetoo much attention because I was occupied with other things at this time.
Then, 2 days ago I did a Benchmark on my SSD, from day 30/07/2020 it fall from 1Gb/s from written to LESS than 300Mb/s!I downloaded CrystalDiskInfo and on the Written Host i saw the 3TBW in just ONE month of use.
I dont download too much stuff, i dont remember the TBW from my last SSD but more than 1 year of usage, the speed didn't droped, it was a SATA 3 but it keep at 500Mb/s for more than a 1 year before my friend bought it from me.
The things is, last night, I was tracking the SSD usage and the "System" was writting from 100Kb/s to 1Mb/s ALL time. Tracking it in performance monitor, I saw the C:\$mtf and other C:\$ stuff writting constantly.
Anyone here had some issue like this? From the application of my SSD vendor, it saw the SSD health is 100% but this speed are really really low from a NVME. I'll format my computer again to see if it increase but would like to know what can I do about all this log in windows.

This may or may not help, but the problem might be Crystal Disk Info misreading the data. I found that Crystal Disk Info couldn't read most of the SMART fields of my brand new Silicon Power SSD, but HWInfo could, so I ditched Crystal Disk Info and just use HWInfo instead. I believe you mean MB/s, because 300Mb would obviously be like an early-2000s' 7K HDD! (37 MB/s)

Regardless, dropping to 300 MB/s, is ridiculous, even for a SATA 3 SSD!

I don't think your Resource monotor values are that unusual: this is mine right now:

Note those are Byte/s values, so even the top item (NTFS vol log) is only 80kB/s (Background = 'tela de fundo'). I can't comment on the 60GB written over 3 days, or the 3TB in 170 hours, but mine has written only 3.3TB in 5000 hours of use.

SYSTEM writes constantly, but it should not be that much overall.

You can use Process Hacker (Choose Columns - Show I/O write bytes)

or app_read_write_counter to see, what specific process writes the most data.

Process Hacker shows written data since Windows was started, appcounter only since it has started.

Updating my post in this thread, I see that Crystal Disk Info has released a number of updates since 29 August to fix issues with many SSD drives and controllers, including the Phison used by my drive: History – Crystal Dew World I ran version 8.8.5 and found it now identifies all but one of the SMART attributes correctly.

I think the CrystalDiskMark are reading wrong info, I'm with this SSD since 30/07, dont downloaded much games, only the usual, CoD, Arma 3, Squad, BF:V and PvZ.Other games I downloaded to D:\, movies also put there. Now, it show 180 Hours, but 180 hours = 7 days. I dont shutdown my computer, it think the SSD should be with much more hours than it show. But ok, i can survive with a SSD writting at 500Mb/s, Im only worried about the TBW, i never had hit such a high TBW like this...

Thanks! Ill keep this app read write counter open and see, for now, chrome is writting from 21Kb/s to 980Kb/s

But i might have figured out what is happening. Nvidia Share. I have it on and recording all time to save last 10 minutes of gameplay, i guess that migh be my "problem" gonna see tomorrow.

Yes, confirming, ShadowPlay was writting about 22GB(maybe per day?)

I was checking the config, the temp file was pointed to C:\ and it was activate(recording) even when Im not playing, not sure what it was recording but that definitive a bug, since it should only record while we are playing.

I have updated mine now, now it show more things, before, it has only showed SMART, now it show TRIM and VolatileWriteCache that i have no clue what it is, i'll do a research tomorrow
