Not using any disk AFAIK unless you mean my pc hdd.

In that case you wouldn't want an unfair comparison from someone using a SSD...

That's 4.5 minutes which is a V E R Y L O N G time.

my slowest machine 1:53 and that's with about 6 startup programs loading (1 minute clean start)

...then remember that to get a 20 second restart they need some seriously powerful kit and an SSD.

We don't know what kit you have, but a more reasonable comparison may be with my old Dell Latitude E4310 with its i5 M520 and an HDD.
