Does your Bitdefender block all VBScript?

Don't know. Possibly. I'm sure I could allow it, but it's not worth the hassle.
Unless I really, really need to run some program/script/etc., if Bitdefender doesn't like it...I don't run it.

See whether Bitdefender allows the following VBScript.

    Sort of.

It allowed it, then said Malicious application blocked.
It managed to show me the date and time before Bitdefender blocked it.

I checked the "details" and it said "potentially" malicious script blocked.

So it probably just blocks them all.

    /edit

When I used the stopwatch to time my restart, I started it when I clicked "Restart" and stopped it when I got to the login screen.
After my password is typed in... it goes to my desktop instantly.

This should be the garbage in my pc. Also, I'm turned off fast startup and I'm using an HDD to boot.

I use an HDD too. See post #41.
Also, Fast Startup does not apply to a restart.

Ivan, you need to measure it with the tool listed in the first post.

You wrote that your Chrome book is very fast and that the Lenovo IdeaPad S145 is slow.
The main difference is that the Chrome book has a SSD and that the IdeaPad S145 has a SSD.
Buy a SSD (SATA or M.2) and the booting times will be seconds, not minutes.
If your IdeaPad S145 has a M.2 slot you can add a 256G NVMe to run windows and programs and use the current HDD for data only. You will have the speed of a SSD and the space of a HDD at low cost.

Actually, for an underpowered little old netbook that's surprisingly fast.....
