    Computer freezes for 2-3 seconds

    Hello Everyone,

My computer freezes for 2-3 seconds from time to time, then it goes on working normally.

This is quite annoying. The computer is just a few days old!

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

    Thanks in advance.

Do you have a rotating desktop screensaver installed? I have found that this, combined with certain GPU's, can cause this problem (although there are other potential sources as well)

This is likely due to a display driver issue
Try a rollback and/or driver update

I would say that, as it is a new computer, it is installing many updates and even a version upgrade.
Open settings - Windows update to see what has been and what is to be installed

    No big updates.
Try to pause updates for 7 days to see if the computer freezes remains.
