    Maybe - but personally I don't know much about that. I will PM you a guide that I used to set up windows but the more of it you apply the more likely that windows cumulative updates will fail.

    I don't know what Firewall you use but if you are brave enough to try Comodo Free Firewall (which needs some attention on setup and configuration) you can leave it on "Custom Ruleset" and it will alert on every connection with options to allow or deny along with "Remember my choice" so you can create rules for safe applications and create blocking rules for the rest.

    If you are really paranoid you can remap routing table:

    But it will likely break Bing, Cortana and maybe some other stuff. I used persistent routes on Windows 7 but have not tried on Windows 10.

    Anyway if you run a logging tool you can weed out anything that's connecting when you don't want it to.

    The problem is that IP addresses constantly change. Even if you find a full list today, there's no guarantee there won't be more tomorrow.

    Anyway the thing is that you cannot block some of this stuff via Hosts file.

    I use Netstat logging and nothing Microsoft ever shows up unless I run Sledgehammer (third party windows update tool)
