My Computer Has the Incorrect Coding Sequences

I was in the middle of using BlueStacks (x86). But, when the memory is at the extremely high level, my computer got blacked out. I restarted my computer forcefully and used Google Chrome, but there are no text, no images, and nothing else in my Google Chrome browser. It is just a blank screen. But when I checked the title bar, saying that it is a 32-bit version of Google Chrome, I think that something is wrong. I even used BlueStacks (x86) again, but there are no text, no images, and nothing else. Again, it is just a blank screen. I am still using the 64-bit version of Google Chrome, but I should not have to worry about that. I used Powershell (Admin), and I used chkdsk.exe /f /r /x, but it did not work. I used sfc /scannow, but it did not work.

Here is the CBS log file.

Quick update. I was not actually using the 64-bit version of Google Chrome. I was using the 32-bit version of Google Chrome. Sorry for not pointing these things out correctly.

    Hi DeriLoko3, I didn't understand you problem / question.

Open a cmd window as administrator and type:
    chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and if you want to schedule to next start = Yes
    Restart.

Back to windows, open a cmd window as administrator and type:
    sfc /scannow

So, let me go back to the top of what I was explaining earlier. I was using BlueStacks (x86) (the emulator for the mobile games). But, when the memory is at the extremely high level, my computer got blacked out. No, seriously, it really was a black screen. It could be an unexpected crash, while my computer just reached to the black screen. I restarted my computer forcefully and used Google Chrome (x86, not x64), but there are no text, no images, and nothing else in my Google Chrome browser. It is just a blank screen. I also used BlueStacks (x86) again, but there are no text, no images, and nothing else. Again, it is just a blank screen. I used Powershell (Admin), and I used chkdsk.exe /f /r /x, but it did not work. I used sfc /scannow, but it did not work. I already showed you the CBS log file from above of my post.

    Also, here is the image.

Plus, can anyone look at this Google Chrome icon?

This icon looks like a 16-bit icon from a 16-bit Windows OS. No, I am not running a 16-bit Windows OS. The reason why it happened, because of the high memory usage before a black screen of a crash. I do not think that the icon-changing process is the issue. The issue is the fact that the browser is not loading any text or any images, and it is all because of a high memory usage from BlueStacks. I know that it really was BlueStacks's fault. How can I fix this browser issue, this icon issue, and whatever else throughout my whole Windows 10 OS?

    I have v10.0.18363.900 of an x64 version of a Windows 10 OS.

"and I used chkdsk.exe /f /r /x, but it did not work. I used sfc /scannow, but it did not work"

Why it didn't work? What was the message?

If I were doing it I run this command followed by sfc /scannow:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    sfc /scannow

After doing the above run this:

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

It seems that some folders are missing, like C:\$Windows.~BT.

    The link id 243077
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...-repair-source

My suggestion is to do a repair install (run a Win 10 setup (same version) under windows.
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

What win 10 version and language you have?

I assume chkdsk passed - is that correct?

You can get an iso file for 1909 using the appropriate section (Heidoc iso downloader) of the tutorial to download an iso linked in that tutorial here:
4 To Do a Repair Install of Windows 10 with an ISO file

    A) If you have not already, you will need to download a Windows 10 ISO file.
It must be the same language as the default (base language) of your current O/S.

64-bit Version of Windows 10 (v10.0.19041.388) (English (United States)).

Also, I did an automatic repair by pushing Shift + Power Button to turn on my computer. It did the automatic repair section, the cleaning-up section, and so on. However, it did not work. Plus, I can use Internet Explorer, but I cannot use Google Chrome, which it is a bit weird.
