It seems that Windows 10 (v10.0.19041.388) is 2004.
Download the Win 10 2004 iso, mount it and run setup. It will reinstall win 10.

@DeriLoko3: you don't really need that folder, unless you plan to fall back to a prior Windows version. See this HowToGeek article for a nice discussion: What Is the $WINDOWS.~BT Folder, and Can You Delete It?, or perhaps this September 2019 blog post of mine at TechTarget: When Disk Cleanup Fails Use Search - Windows Enterprise Desktop.

Do you know these two applications that I encountered?

I do not know what they are, but I should explain about them.

One is explorer.exe (32-bit) (the one that has a WinRAR icon) and the other one is an unknown one. When I open their file locations, these are what they look like.

    This is from explorer.exe (32-bit).

This is from an unknown application.

I think that these applications are the issues. Do any of you have any ideas?

Well, those two mysterious applications appeared, because of my RAM leak.

But in this case, how can I remove these two mysterious applications?

They are under Windows folder. My suggestion is to leave them where they are.
