Hello everyone, I have the usual problem that has bored me for many years.
Every time I change the operating system for a while it goes well then it always slows down.
It bothers me in the boot phase. Many minutes pass before it is operational.
Is it possible that there is no simple solution?

The problem is, I don't know what else to disable.
Also if I disable functionality that I need it is not a solution.
The big problem is that from login to when responding to commands they spend 6-7 minutes using the restart.
If I turn it on to see a simple thing on a document, it takes too long.
EDIT: the time from login to operational is 2 min less. Take 4-5 min. Total boot 6-7 minutes.

Could it be high disk usage? Can you post a screenshot of Task Manager sorted by DISK column?
Does the high disk usage goes away after a few minutes?

Yes, the bottleneck seems to be the disk for the most while.
After 6-7 minutes it stops and stays low.
Every now and then it resumes (usually the sysman service) but it does not bother me so much.
As I said before, the problem is the time it takes to become operational (from the boot) it's excessive.
Once it's up and running, it's not a splinter, but for the moment I don't want to complain.

Isn't that MS Photos? Are you synchronizing with Onedrive or similar?
You could also try booting into safe mode. Renaming windows\prefetch folder to prefetch-old or something or just move its contents somewhere else (flush prefetch cache). See what happens. If there is no positive outcome, then copy back those contents to windows\prefetch.
I don't think it's MS photo because there are other different processes.
I use onedrive for backup scope, but there is not synch.

I had to copy because he wouldn't let me rename or move. Anyway I restarted and the time is always the same. Do I have to copy back the contents of the prefetch or can I leave everything like this since the time is the same?
Install a SSD. It's 6 times faster than a 2.5" HDD. It will boot in less than 30 sec and open programs at a blink of an eye.
On my Sony Vaio laptop I've installed a small SSD (120G) for Windows and programs and I replaced the ODD (CD-DVD) with a HDD caddy that I installed the HDD. I have now the speed of a SSD and the space of a HDD at low cost (It cost me US$25)
