My PC runs Windows 10, all the fans are working everything seems to be powered but when I start the pc, it is really slow.
In games where I had 200+ FPS do I now have below 10 FPS. We have done multiple antivirus tests and that is not the problem. No big programs are opened other then the game wich runs so slow it is unplayable.

If you open task manager what heading is being taxed? If you sort list by clicking on heading what task is driving usage.
Have you checked disk health?

Once installed click on "Function" tab > Advance Feature > Raw Values > 10[Dec]
This presents error values in decimal amounts.
What is the overall health status of boot disk? Are any of the categories showing a warning? Are you getting seek, write or read errors? Have you gotten any "Reallocated Sectors"?
What version of Windows 10 are you on?
What updates were recently installed?
Hey Caledon, while typing this and having no other big programs on my memory is on 2,5GB / 5,1GB and my processor has it spikes. I have downloaded CrystalDiskInfo, all the disks seem fine but disk D says "caution" (see the screenshot below)

Any chance you are also running MalwareBytes with v2004?
Before doing anything I would make sure all my backups are up to date.
Looks like corrosion on the HDD controller board or otherwise a problem with the controller board on the HDD, a known problem with WD.
Especially if it reports ATA CRC errors with a good SATA cable. Same with Windows or a program randomly giving file-mismatch errors even with stable RAM and motherboard. Another possible symptom, is Chkdsk falsely reporting insufficient disk space and terminating.
C5 & C6 values indicate redundancy errors during disk read operations, in your case one physical sector is unreadable. Secure Erase function in Parted Magic usually recovers unreadable sectors and clears this SMART values, at least for a while.
Is the D drive the problem then? That makes the PC slow?
A drive that is acting up can slow a device down.
I also asked if you have Malwarebytes as some have noticed an issue with that and V2004.
Process of elimination. Resolve known issue, if problem still exists look deeper for the more obscure
