    Battery report

Battery original report was from 05.07.2019. Battery report reset on 24.06.2020, time 12.38.48. Why? I have the actions that were done
exactly at the date and time of the reset.

    Gabriela,

So you object to the battery report contents changing? Or what?

Please be specific - explain exactly what you want me to look at and what you think is wrong with it.

    Why isn't it all history?
My laptop has been running since July 2019.

I still don't know what you mean by "Battery report reset" & where that date & time came from.

Since I cannot help you I'll unsubscribe from this thread and hopefully somebody else will pick it up and help you where I cannot. I have asked a group of other users if they will be able to help you.

    Just for completeness,
1 The only parts of the battery report I normally pay attention to are the reports of Design capacity & Full charge capacity because they tell me how much my battery has degraded over time/usage
2 It is well-known that the battery report parameter Cycle count is meaningless so it perfectly possible that whatever it is that you are looking at will also be meaningless.

    Best of luck,
    Denis

The laptop was not in my possession at the time.
He was at the store, coming from the service.
The seller opened it without being present.
The date and time the new Battery report starts is the same as when the seller opened the laptop.
The question is: has anything changed in the system so that the Battery report changes?

Could we ask why was laptop in for service?

What did shop say they did to fix?

Could we also ask what version of Windows 10 are you running.

Right click start > Run > type Winver, enter.

The service was for an on-screen problem.
At the store I made a complaint because I bought a new laptop on 24.04.2020 and at home Battery report showed that it had been used since July 5, 2019.
I am afraid that the seller went into the system to change the original date.

Since there's many things in an Operating System that make checks of the system conditions there's not much need in saving reports of things in the past, usually only shows what had happened "back then". Doing some resets can delete old data and create new/current information, witness customizations done with Registry changes that get set back to Default with a Version Upgrade and sometimes Build updates.

If a complete/reinstall is not done there should be some Folder dates in C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) that show the date they were created, the earliest date may correlate closely to when the Operating System was first installed/set up, mine do. Could also be the computer was "on the shelf" for a period of time before selling. The warranty should start at the date of the retail sale/when it was bought.
