cFosSpeed + Perfectdisk + Process Lasso Pro = Bad?

Is there anything wrong with this combo? I need to know suggestions about combining these 3 applications. I have the option to exclude applications in all of the programs, but do I need to worry? I feel like I'm suffocating Windows 10 with all of these programs running all the time, but I've had these programs for years. I just noticed that my SSD with Windows 10 shows 98% health in my SMART scan, so I'm wondering if this program combo is the problem.

Does PerfectDisk understand SSDs? It is old, and may be pointlessly (and possibly harmfully) defragmenting your SSD.

It was last time updated in Feb 2020. But I think, that manufacturer's utility would suffice.

As for cFosSpeed and Process Lasso, they are useful, but unless there are problems, they are overkill.

I have got the same after a year. Imagine it as a battery indicator, you will buy a new PC till it gets to ~10%.

It has an option to Optimize SSD, but you can also disable the defrag of SSDs completely.

UPDATE: Everything seems to be working fine since removing Process Lasso and cFosSpeed from startup. Actually, I removed cFS completely and I removed PL from startup because I like their power option.

EDIT: Seems like my system is more responsive without process lasso and cfosspeed. I did need them in college when my computer and internet were bad, but they don't seem to be necessary now.
