If not yet, take a boot trace with windows performance recorder and share it.

I cannot bring up a windows performance recorder ... only a windows performance analyzer. There is nothing in there that says anything about a 'recorder' ...

That's part of the Windows ADK (Assessment and Deployment Kit).

What you're advising me to download is what I already have on the computer. I see nothing in there that says anything about 'recorder' ...

Type "wprui" in the windows start menu. If it's installed it will display.

Following your directions, I get the following -
Hotkey is already registered.
Error in registering keyboard shortcut to save recording.
Please change the Keyboard combination in wpr.config.xml file.
Error code 0x80070581.

Then after hitting Ok, Windows System Recorder does come up. So, when I start the program following your directions, how long does this record? Also, can I reboot as soon as I begin recording?

When you click on the start button it will reboot the computer and start recording the trace. you don't have to reboot manually.
after reboot and when you login, it will complete the recording and you need to save the trace.

Don't forget to compress the trace before you share it.

Login??? Do you mean Logging into program that will record? As to compressing the Trace, is there something in that program to do that or do I do that another way?

Got it and finally did the trace BUT there is way too much confidential info in that for me to send to a public forum. PLUS, there is way too much time gaps between our dialogue to make this thing work.
I seriously appreciate your efforts and willing to help though. Thanks!
