As for the error that occurs when trying to perform the In-Place, not the error code, the Windows setup goes to the end when the phrase is displayed your computer will be restarted, but the computer will not restart and a window is displayed that says: installation failed and that's it.

I tried to run this script for Windows Update and it is against this Spupdsvc.exe file, does this have anything to do with it?
Script: Wufix.bat

sc config bits start = auto
sc config cryptsvc start = auto
sc config trustedinstaller start = auto
net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
ren% systemroot% \ System32 \ Spupdsvc.exe Spupdsvc.old
cd% windir%
Ren SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
dism / online / cleanup-image / restorehealth
It gave error, first for not having found Spupdsvc.exe and then Dism.

Greetings!
I gave up and did a clean install.
No error codes during installation, all as expected.
After the installation was finished, all the drivers were installed, I started to install the updates, without error codes the system left to reboot, and that's when this new chapter starts, at 7% of the update the notebook restarts and when it returns a screen says that the update was not successful, it restarts again and then the phrase is displayed, do not turn off the updates are being undone and it loads the system and when entering the system and go to the settings screen, in updates the error 0x80070003 is displayed, well I'm hot-headed ...
Does anyone have any ideas?..

Greetings!
After trying and trying, I was unable to solve anything with the Windows installation, leaving no other path but formatting, followed by a clean installation.
Everything went back to normal after installing build 1909 on 7/3 and yesterday 7/26 updating via Windows Update for 2004.
I am grateful to all those who tried to help me with my problem, which proved to be insoluble and I just didn't choose to format it because I didn't have enough disk space to store all my files since my USB disks are full, requiring the purchase of a new unit to carry out this operation.
Everything went well, even the Apps that I was afraid of losing because they were no longer available for download on the Microsoft Store page, I managed to recover with the help of Tenforums members, which can be read on this page, Reinstall SpotBright and DailyPic ...
I look for any questions, but I hope it will take a long time for this to happen. ha ha
Thank you all.
