I changed the system language, made new logs and created a new file in Dropbox.

    @dalchina

I checked the disk and the file system.
Using the iso the default windows installation screen is loaded does not say if it will keep my files, programs and settings, as the MediaCreationTool screen does ...
How do you know if I'm not going to lose everything?

Where are the logs using English as the default language?

I followed the tutorial, installed the English language pack and after changing the language to English I logged off and the language of my profile loaded in English and redid the logs, which will not show an error as when the language was in Portuguese, I did everything as indicated, if not in English, I don't know what "I didn't" do.
All the logs are in the package, as far as I saw they are in English ...

This is the post link, I redid the logs after installing the package in English and after logging off and reentering the profile that was in English and this time the logging tools did not give an error when making the logs.

Windows came activated with the computer running 8.0, from Microsoft's migration program from Windows 8.1 to 10.
This Windows is not a pirated copy.

Isn't this technical support email causing this problem?

    Hi Roger,

Thanks for your email. Sorry you're getting this error. This is not a bug.

This error is occurring because we've recently switched to https (instead of http) for our driver downloads. Your version of Driver Easy is still trying to download the driver via http. You need to make a change so it downloads via https instead.

    To do this:

    1) Click the Windows Start menu and type Windows Powershell in the search box.
    2) Select Run as Administrator.
    3) Copy this command:
    Cd C: \ Windows \ System32 \ drivers \ etc
    attrib -R hosts
    (Get-Content hosts) | ForEach-Object {$ _ -replace "dow1.drivereasy", "# dow1.drivereasy #"} | Set-Content hosts
    4) Right-click on the PowerShell panel and select Paste.
    5) Press Enter on your keyboard to execute the command.
    6) If you don't see any error messages, open Driver Easy and try updating your drivers again.

    Cheers
