Computer run slow if running it more than 6 hours

My friend is experiencing slow computer after using it more than 6 hours seldom only. After the slow. the mouse and keyboard dont work but no BSOD occus

He just purchase a 16gb trident z neo.

Can a bad ram can cause slow to a computer? we already tried 2133mhz. No BSOD occurs

it only happen once a week. 2x already

    NEW FORMATED

    r5 3600 stock
    Aorus b450m BIOS F42a
    Aorus Rtx 2060 446.14 driver
    gskill trident Z NEO F4-3200C16D-16GTZN

Noticed also the BIOS is not listed on gigabyte website. Should i update latest BIOS?

Before changing ram his system is running fine even f42a BIOS.

Update. we just check event viewer and the 2 system hangs with different date has nvlddmkm error.

    Should i downgrade nvidia driver?

Does the display also lock up? As in nothing moves on the screen, such as a video?

Your errors look like an unstable video card overclock or a faulty video card, unless the PSU is of a questionable model.

You risk losing stability if you get a bronze-rated PSU.

Yes before lockup mouse is lagging then after 2minutes the computer display locks no bsod.

No overclocking done to his system.

i just add a 8pin pcie sleeve, 24 pin sleeve, 8 pin cpu sleeve and bnew ram.

Im the one who reformat his PC. i encounter one slow mouse on his system with 3200mhz OC ram. But it confirms even stock 2133mhz still his system lock display.

His GPU is not faulty because before i upgrade the ram, change the cable sleeve and reformat. His system is running fine.

There is the possibility of a corrupted video driver, try reinstalling the driver or update it.
You can't entirely trust the device manager to update a driver.
Just went through that myself , DM said there wasn't an update for my video card but the
web site had one that was just a month old whereas the old one was dated july 2019.

it seems many ryzen 3rd gen experiencing this.

    Ryzen + RTX experiencing this.

We just choose power plan to Ryzen Max Performance, nvidia manage3d settings max performance and use the PSU pcie power connector. If this will not fix then my next step is downgrade Nvidia Driver.
