Issue with Pc slowing down and near freezing

Hello everyone, and first of all thanks for any suggestion you'll be able to give me (and sorry for my bad english too!).

It's about a week that my pc suddenly became slower: internet, mail, games, but also excell or world, no matter the progs i try to use, it takes ages to start running them (i.e.: 3 minutes ad 25 sec since the click to open this forum from my favourites).
It seems that it starts to run, then freezes, then run some more, then slow down again, etc.
When i say "run some more" I mean that it run for some time, maybe few secs, but it happens also that it runs for a couple of hours, usually after at least 30/45 minutes of this hiccups game!
I can phisically hear my pc runnin, then slowing down and silencing, then running again.
For istance, i run my antivirus and it reads 20 files, then stop for minutes, then read other 80 files then freezes again and so on

I thought it was a virus, but my antivirus are not able to find anything. I have:
    1) Trend micro internet security full version, not the free one and
    2) Malwarebytes premium version.
Both are full updated but they don't find anything.
    I tried also:
    3) Trend House call: nothing found.

Then I thought it's something else, so I tried with
    4) chkdsk: nothing found.
    5) Auslogic disk defrag: defragmented some, but everything it's ok.
    6) I tried the stress test with Prime 95 and it run for 2 hours with nothing found.

Can anyone suggest me something else to try?

I added all I knows of my system specs, and my Windows version number is:
    Windows 10 ver 1903 (build SO 18362.900)

Hi, please work through this and answer all questions:

How much free space do you have on C: ?

Please post appropriate screenshots of your task manager (or photo if you can't) when your PC is responding very slowly, organising significant columns high to low by clicking the appropriate column header.

If you perform a clean boot (Google or see tutorial here if unsure how), do you experience any of the problems you report?

Please check your disk. Download, install, run HD Tune (free) v2.55 e.g. from Softpedia - Health and Error scan tabs and post results.

Disk transfer rate: Please copy a large file on the disk to the same disk. While that is happening post a screenshot of your task manager like this:

Are your page file settings still default or have you changed them?

It's about a week that my pc suddenly became slower:
    History (often omitted by posters)
    - can you think of any change you made about a week ago?
    - if you look at your Update History in settings, did you receive an update or upgrade about a week ago?
    - check for driver updates too at the bottom of the list.

    1) Trend micro internet security full version, not the free one and
    2) Malwarebytes premium version.
You appear to almost be running two antivirus programs.

    Malwarebytes warns:
There are alternate compatibility settings offered within Malwarebytes Premium for users with an existing Anti-Virus on their PC. See Malwarebytes Premium for Windows and Windows Action Center (WAC).

Are you running any other security software?

Hello dalchina and thanks for the feedback.
    I'll try to answer:
    1. Actually on C: I've 233 GB used and 1,58 TB free, 'cuz I always try to keep it as clean as possible.
    2. For the screenshot of task manager when my PC run slow, the main problem is that when it's slow it use a very long time to open and show the task manager itself! When it's ready usually that "slow-time" is over ans it's back on normal state. Now that it's working I'll try to leave the task manager running to try to catch it when it's slow.
    Here's the pics
    Attachment 284353Attachment 284354Attachment 284355Attachment 284356
BTW I'm noticing that the "slow time" use to happen less frequently when the PC's turned on for a while (1 hour? 2 hour or more, dunno).
    3. about the clean boot, I've to organise to make it, because my pc is the main one of my home network. I'll try it asap
    4. HD tune, here the health pic. Error scan is still running, I'll post the pic asap
    Attachment 284357
    5. disk transferr rate I'll try when the error scan'll be over.
    6. I never touched the page file setting
    7. history: no change made, no new prog installed. I can remember only an update from Steam and probably the "usual" patch during the server manteinance of a couple of game (GW2, BDO).
Here's the Update History pic (no driver updates recently).
    Attachment 284358
8 antivirus: no other security software, as I said I tried Trend Micro home call, but it's an online service used once.

Hi, unfortunately all your attachments =>

Please post screenshots thus (tutorial available):
Issue with Pc slowing down and near freezing-screenshot-copy1.png
with a pause before clicking the upload button. Thanks.

    1,6 - ok;
8- AV- as I commented I wonder if there is excessive resource use from conflict between these- ok Malwarebytes says it can run alongside an AV, but there is that caveat I quoted. It's only a possibility- could well not be this.

Hmm, I used the same instructions in my previous posts...
I put the images on googledrive, here's the link:

pc problem june 2020 - Google Drive

Today I turned the PC on and it worked fine... for the first 5 minutes, more or less.
I was able to make the quick scan for errors with HD tune (image uploaded).
Then i started the "normal" (in deep?) error scan...
Then it began again to slow down, it slowed so much that I wasn't able to take screenshots of taskmanager running (i left it opened), so i made some photos with the telephone and i added them. Sorry for poor quality!
The "normal" scan is still running (more than 6 hours, don't know if it's so "normal" or if it's my PC's fault.
I still miss 4 lines of the grid, I'll ad the screen when it'll be over.
I can tell you It seems there are 3 red (damaged) dots, that the quick scan haven't found earlier.

For the AV, I added Malwarebytes AFTER the problems began, I usually had only Trend Micro.
