    Long boot time

    Hey guys, how's it going?

I've been experiencing huge performance issues when booting Windows on. My laptop used to boot-up in about <15s when it was brand new and it stayed this way until I've updated Windows Build. It came out of factory as ver. 1803, when I've updated it to 1903 I realized the boot became much slower.
As of today, I'm on build 2004(19041.329) and it is taking maybe close to 3min(?). There's a black screen with Lenovo logo on it and it persists for a while, then a pitch black screen that stays for the most part of the boot, then the Windows "Please wait..." screen for about 10s.

    Any guidance would be appreciated!

    It can be many things.
    Let's do the basic first.
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and if you want to schedule to next start = yes.
    restart
Pay attention on the results, specially bad blocks, bad clusters, bad sectors etc..
Back to Windows, Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    sfc /scannow
    Report

Ran chkdsk and I'm guessing no errors since Windows booted up right after examination completed; still slow, though.
    sfc/scannow reported no integrity violations.
    What next?

Also, any way to change the default lang on Windows 10 Home single language? Currently have PT-BR installed. If there is the need to upload logs it'll be in pt-br, therefore system analyzation won't be possible am I right?

To translate from PB to EN use Translate | Tradukka or Google Tradutor

    Open MSconfig.
Go to services tab, hide MS services and disable all others.
Go to Start up and disable all programs.
Restart. How long does it take to boot?

No difference whatsoever with clean boot.

Once I'm on the logon stage the system just runs smooth; as it does most of the time. I'm only facing issues when booting up and restarting takes quite some time as well. Maybe I should do that WPR thingie?

Not sure if I understand where to check this on the tskmgr; is it the Last BIOS time? If so, it's 5.3sec
