"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files"

    I am running Windows 1909 (Build 18363.836.

I recently bought a Dell OptiPlex 9020 Mini Tower. Everything was running fine, until last night. I restarted it like usual, but when I was logging back into Windows, I was met by a "setup wizard" style screen that asked me to log into my Microsoft account (not my local computer, account; my online Microsoft account), and then there were several options that I don't remember (I think one of them had to do with OneDrive or something). It's sort of like the screen that you get when setting up Windows for the first time. Once I finished, I was finally allowed to see my desktop, which was normal as if nothing had happened.

I looked in the task manager, and saw that the search index was running for some reason. I opened Indexing Options, and it was scanning over from the beginning. This shouldn't happen after an ordinary restart.

I decided to run sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth to see if anything was wrong, and got the following results:

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.836](c) 2019 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located atwindir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offlinerepairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

    C:\Windows\system32>dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management toolVersion: 10.0.18362.1

    Image Version: 10.0.18363.836

[==========================100.0%==========================] The restore operation completed successfully. The operation completed successfully.

Take special notice to the part that I highlighted in bold text.
I'm not sure how to find the /OFFLOGFILE file, but here's CBS.log:

    Dropbox - CBS.log - Simplify your life

What are the problems that were found? Are they serious? Are they completely fixed now, or is there still reason for concern?

The corruption was successfully repaired: Start Menu\Programs\\OneDrive.lnk

All files and registry keys listed in this transaction have been successfully repaired.

    Code:
Repairing corrupted file \??\C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\\OneDrive.lnk from store
    Code:
00000229 [SR] Verify and Repair Transaction completed. All files and registry keys listed in this transaction have been successfully repaired

    When you see:
    Code:
    successfully repaired them

if you want to double check > run scannow again > look for

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

So it was just a OneDrive shortcut that was corrupted? That doesn't sound too severe.

if you want to double check > run scannow again > look for
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
I ran it again and got a "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." result.
