Computer used to wake on key or mouse; now needs power button

I posted a long thread last month, about a PC that had a very slow wifi connection. A new card fixed that.

Since I got it back from the shop though - and I believe all they did was replace the wireless card - I've no longer been able to wake the computer from sleep by clicking the mouse or tapping a key. Only thing that works is the power button.

The most obvious thing - configure the mouse and keyboard to be able to wake the computer - aren't the issue. Both are configured that way and always have been.

I really can't imagine that the newly-installed card, an Intel 7260, is the problem, but that's the only thing the shop - good guys who I trust - touched.

Computer is a custom build, with an Intel DQ77KB motherboard.

Any suggestions for how to get the computer to again wake by keyboard or mouse, as it did before the new wireless card?

Although I didn't include a graphic, the original post stated that the mouse and keyboard are and have always been configured to wake the computer. And the powercfg -devicequery wake_armed command in Post 3 above showed that to be the case.

Update: I called the shop that had worked on the computer, and they of course couldn't imagine anything they'd changed on the computer, that would have caused the keyboard and/or mouse to be unable to wake it.

They suggested the one other thing I had considered, which was from the power management tab of the properties of those devices, uncheck "allow this device to wake the computer." Then I put it to sleep, woke it, went back to the device properties, checked the wake boxes, and again put it to sleep.

But this toggle - from wake to no-wake back to wake - didn't make a difference.

The shop also confirmed that there shouldn't be a bios setting that would have changed to stop keyboard or mouse waking. And I'd looked at those settings, and I'd seen nothing either that looked wrong.

So I'm still trying to find what I should do to restore waking the computer from the keyboard or the mouse.
