Bench Test of PC

I was wondering what was going on inside my graphics dept. Games only by the way. Fallout 4, screen crashes, locking screens and other glitches. All of which according to the benchmark must be software probs. Graphic changes in SH4 slow at times and switching from one image to another can result in a 1-2 second colour change. Sub bow wave on switch is yellow, then immediately changes to white. Other games differing problems like screen sizes etc. No way is there a hardware problem. The same site also highly rates the GTX 1660S over the RTX 2070. And is a lot cheaper, should I, shouldn't I?

since I posted that I had a look around different ones and came to the same conclusion. There are different results showing differing cards in different positions. I think from this point of view I am sticking with the RTX 2070 for now, there is a faster one, but may wait a while. The RTX 2080S might be an option.
