    Please upload directly into this thread.

    The DM is the old log collector and the V2 is the new log collector.
    The DM does not require extract all whereas the V2 requires extract all to use the log collector.
    The collect different time frames and collect some different files

    Disk management by default has compressed columns and hides information.
    To view the information the columns need to be widened > see the tutorial

    Ok, but will I have to use both, or not!? ... if I use both, which one will I use first?

    Will I have to run the program or programs more than once at different times, is that it?

    The MD is an .exe file, will it install a program on my computer or is it a Portable program?

    thank you

    The log collectors can be run in any order and as many times as needed.
    For BSOD the tool is ran to collect dump files as frequently as desired.
    There should be nothing installed on the computer.
    To see the output before running the tool you can view threads in the BSOD forum.

    Hi zbook,

    I ran the log-collector as administrator, which is inside the V2 log Collector folder in my desktop, and the error appeared in the last attached image.

    Note: I am also sending the Windows Disk Manager and AOMEI Partition Assistent screens.

    Please post images for each step:

    1) Download V2 > launch > click extract all > click extract > click log-collector > click open

    It should now display:

    hi zbook,

    Follow the link's of the logs:

    link V2 Collector

    link DM Log Collector

    Note: The DM Log Collector log was unable to get minidump information, because my pagefile.sys is on the HD and not on the SSD where is the system, ok?

    Thank you

    The logs were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.

    Hi zbook,

    . Language change, done;
    . Prompt Commands attached;
    . Pagefile changed to the System SSD;
    . Startup Recovery and virtual memory window settings screen, below;
    Slow Windows 10 Pro boot version 1903-startup-recovery-virtual-memory-settings.png

    . CCleaner System and advanced image of the screens, below.
    Slow Windows 10 Pro boot version 1903-ccleaner-image.png

    . Logs V2 and DM and screens of program executions are attached

    Note: The fact that my pagefile.sys is on another hard drive and CCleaner was deleting dump files and error logs, caused the dump files not to be created. I already corrected this (CCleaner) before executing the Logs, ok? ... however, there is no dump log yet.

    thank you

    First scannow:
    Code:
    Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.

    Second scannow:
    Code:
    Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    1) For Startup and Recovery:
    a) Change write debugging information from kernel to automatic
    b) Reboot to maintain settings

    2) For Virtual Memory:
    a) Move the dot from custom to system managed size
    b) Check the box to Automatically manage paging file size for all drives
    c) Reboot to maintain settings

    3) For Ccleaner un-check
    a) Memory Dumps
    b) Windows Log Files

    4) Run HD Tune (free version) (all drives)
    HD Tune website
    Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
    a) Health
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

    5) Run Sea Tools for Windows
    long generic test
    Post an image of the test result into the thread
    SeaTools for Windows |
    Seagate

    How to use SeaTools for Windows | Seagate Support US

    6) These tests can be performed overnight:
    a) HD Tune full error scan
    b) Sea Tools for Windows long generic test

    But can I run the two tools together or one at a time?

    Note: Also follow the scannow CBS.log, in case you want to take a look!

    Thank you
