Slow Windows 10 Pro boot version 1903

This MOBO appears to be from around 2007 - ancient- is that correct?

As such there are no guarantees of correct functioning with Win 10.

History: (so often omitted by posters):
- when did this start?
- what build and O/S was running when boot time was faster?
- how much faster was it then?
- what changed which might have led to this slower boot?

What sort of system disk do you have?

Have you checked what happens if you disconnect /remove all other drives?

Did your boot time increase after upgrading Windows 10 from one build to another?

Same build and OS as now.

15 to 20 seconds on average to load the system.

My HD, where the system was, is old ... when the slowness started, I decided to change it to a SSD sata ... but the problem with slowness continues even with the system on the SSD.

KINGSTON SA400S37240G SSD sata. Is that what you want to know?

Yes, it's still slow.

Thanks. 15-20s with a HDD originally is remarkably fast. Are those times to the lock screen?

The other tool that is supposed to help ( but hasn't when tried in these cases yet) is verbose boot logging. However the records aren't time stamped, so it's simply a matter of watching the screen. Tutorial available or Google.

Take a boot trace using windows peroformance recorder.

I don't see any boot delay in this boot trace !

Either the delay is in the BIOS/UEFI phase (not captured in the trace) or you are using fast startup !

What's the bios time ?

Let's do it by steps
1- Loading takes a long time on the black screen with the Windows Logo and a little ball running, running ... stays for about 4 minutes on this screen and then enters the user screen normally without further slowing down. This black screen, refers to the BIOS, is that it?

2 - I can't find the Boot Menu in my Bios?... do I have to press any different key for it to appear?
My motherboard is old, gigabyte ga-ma69vm-s2.

3 - If I can activate the boot view, how should I configure it? ... do I leave it in UEFI or some other mode?

4 - I always leave Windows quick start disabled.

5 - In the My Windows Troubleshooting screen, there is also no UEFI option.

I remember a similar thread to this some time ago, turns out to be related to an inordinate amount of temporary files in the user profile causing the delay. Maybe check your file system with something like Treesize free, and also running disk cleanup (including system files) to see if boot time improves. just a thought.
