    Reliability Monitor corrupted ?

    Hello,
For several weeks, the reliability monitor of Windows 10 ( Version 1909 ( 18363.815 ), 64 bits ) no longer shows me any information ( Critical errors, warnings, Windows Update updates ) outside the horizontal graph line ( Daily score from 0 to 10 ). The window is completely empty.
If someone can help me find that data, I’d be more than happy to.
    Very cordially.

Hi, I suggest you check the details of the relevant scheduled task:

    Reliability Monitor corrupted ?

    Hello Dalchina,
Thank you very much for your answer, but this section is too old and does not apply to my O.S. The planned RAC task no longer exists.
    Very cordially.

Hmm, it looks as if the implementation may have changed as another completely different fix I found doesn't seem to align in a couple of respects. There is a reset script I've seen posted, but may well be out of date. Here it is FYI- what you make of it is up to you. I know one that used to work some time back was withdrawn.

This thread shows the same problem- no build stated- and no definite outcome.
    Reliability Monitor is blank

Meanwhile you can try this to clear data in case there's some corruption just to see if it helps:

Ultimately if no precise fix you can perform an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs, data and most settings (tutorial available). This fixed the problem here:

    Hello Dalchina,
Thank you for all those links which, unfortunately, did not allow me to solve my problem. I absolutely want to avoid repairing and reinstalling Windows by keeping my programs and personal data, having no confidence in the result obtained.
I'm sorry for this response, but, for me, this method is to be used as a last resort. In French, "le jeu n'en vaut pas la chandelle" ! You understand this sentence ?
Thanks again, but I’m not closing this problem.

An in-place upgrade repair install is the same as a Windows upgrade- just takes you back in the same build. It is not generally problematic. It is frequently used. And yes, I understand the sentence thanks!

The way to deal with such fears, as is so, so often recommended here, is to routinely use disk imaging (Macirum Reflect - free + paid e.g.) - image files to external storage.

Then, even if your PC suffers fire/theft/flood/unbootable disk/disk failure - you can recover from your disk image- even in many cases to a new and different PC.

I do hope you are using that.

The rest, as they say, is up to you. You can of course live with it until you upgrade- when hopefully it will be fixed. Bon chance!

Does this problem happen in all accounts? If so, then a repair install as suggested is the next step.

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan

    7) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    8) Please read this link on in place upgrade repair:

For Steve C : Yes, with the Administrator account, this problem persists.
For Z : As already stated, I successfully executed (no problem found) the sfc and dism commands. For the repair, I did not change my mind. Sorry!
    Thank you both so much!
P.S. I know, I’m not an easy "customer"! Again, sorry!

I can only wish you good luck. And make sure you use disk imaging routinely.

Of course, if you don't wish to try an in-place upgrade repair install, you can, of course, clean install.
