    So You mean that I should perform clean installation of windows ? What about WPA? No recommendation about stopping some processes?
    No I'm not suggesting performing a clean install for now.
    WAP shows some services making few seconds to start and you should disable them or set the start mode to manual or auto (delayed).

    Use msconfig and taskmanger to do that;

    There is a newer version of intel rapid storage technology available on Intel website. I'm not shure if this will work for your model:
    Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology (Intel(R) RST) User Interface and Driver
    You can also rollback the actual IRST driver to the previous version; I've seen cases where rolling back to a previous driver issue fix the problem.

    There is a tool I use to search for new drivers versions; it's Driver Easy, it will scan the internet for new drivers available for your computer model;

    I am really confused about my laptot.

    Rolling back to older Intel driver = no difference.
    Stopping services = still long loading of desktop and windows GUI.

    So I should say that I recognize this problem with other too. I dont tell it to you. It is about year (same time as long startup), when computer is powered from battery, and screen is off (depends on Windows settings), the harddrive is turning on and turning off. I only listen to its sound. On & off & on & off and this repeats. When I move my mouse - screen lights up and hardrive has normal sound. Can be these two problems connected?

    Patrik234, you have already spent a lot of time trying to solve the issue.
    My suggestion is to backup all your data on an external drive and do a Clean install (deleting all partitions on the disk)
    Once installed, check device manager to see if there is no missing drivers.
    Install your programs and recover your data from the backup.

    I really thanks for your time to all of you. I spent a lot of time solving my problem, but I did a clean install of windows and boot time after recovery my files is 40 seconds full time. From pressing on/off button to idle status on desktop.

    Thanks again @zinou @Megahertz and others that helped me.

    Sorry for delayed answer.
