    Programs slow to open

Hey guys for about a month or so every time I go to use right click (on say C: to do a cleanup) it can take upto a minute to give me any options. Normal right click works fine (unless selecting say an iso or other file, then it takes ages), but opening things even notepad can take ages.

Apart from that ALL is running as it should be.

    Using 19041.208 as of yesterday.

I can't quite officially recommend this without a board pro weighing in, but there's this guy on YouTube that offered this lengthy video on how to clean up your system. I recommend this YouTuber -- I just don't know if ALL these things he recommends are good ideas. He seems to suggest they're harmless.

It might be a good idea.

The same guy offers this advice --

Also -- have you run an SFC lately?

    Windows key+r on your keyboard

Then type. "Temp" without quotes then press enter delete every file inside the folder.

Then windows key + r "%temp%" then delete every file inside that folder

Go to your c directory windows scroll down until you find software distribution open that folder then open the download folder inside of software distribution and delete every file inside (the download folder)

Then run command prompt as admin and type "ipconfig/flush dns"

Afterwards find a good virus scanner such as

    Hitmanpro
    Malwarebytes anti-malware
    Malwarebytes adw cleaner

And run your antivirus afterwards but before running the virus scanners boot into safe mode with networking using msconfig

    Afterwards post back

Only type what's between the quotes (no quotes)

Yep, the last time was last night. The weird thing is all is running fine except when doing the above.

Having a look at the youtube vids now.
