Computer really slow Windows 10 Pro Version 1809 (OS Build 17763.557)

I have been facing some issues with my Windows 10 I have bought the official original license for Windows Pro 10 64 bit English Intl 1pk DSP Ver.1903 this is what is written on the cover.

Now the issues I am facing are that:

1) My windows start really slow takes about 2 mins to 1.5 mins to start even though I have a SSD installed same is the case with when I restart or shut it down

2) When ever I right click in explorer the menu opens up but when I take the cursor to new to create a new folder there is a lag it takes about 10-15 secs to open the menu in that time it kind of gets stuck like that specific window is stuck

3) I cannot download/update anything from the Microsoft store (see screenshot) I mean there is a list of 35 updates in my list and they are just lying there without updating/downloading with listed pending next to them. If anything does start to download it downloads a small pert of it and then get stuck on something like 116.3 kb downloaded although I have a 30 MBPS connection and it should not take that long to download any update.

4) Even my windows update is kinda stuck don't know what is the issue with it.

I just don't want to reinstall my OS can someone please be kind enough to get me out of these fixes ??

First off you're running an old version of windows. The latest is: Windows 10, version 1909, build 18363.752 (my current version). So I would suggest you download the MS Media Creation Tool and get the latest ISO (on a USB - faster install) and do a clean install.

Make sure you have all your necessary drivers ready....I keep mine on a USB drive. After the OS install I load the USB and install all my drivers. Then I check for any OS updates.

I know this is not what you want to here....but this is what I would do if I was in your situation.

Think I would first check ssd.

Chkdsk c: /scan

See if that finds any errors.

Might even check SSD with Crystal Disk info.

Please install Crystal Disk Info Standard edition

CrystalDiskInfo – Crystal Dew World

Once installed click on "Function" tab > Advance Feature > Raw Values > 10[Dec]

This presents error values in decimal amounts.

If that reports clean as well I think I would first try an inplace repair.

Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

before going full reset. In your case if you follow tutorial it will update you to 1909.

Sounds like you got a lot going on, could be a Plankton mentions, a clean install maybe the fastest route to resolution.

I was able to solve this issue by doing an in-place upgrade without losing any of my installed apps/setting/files or folders on my Drive C. If I knew it would be so easy I would have directly gone for the in-place upgrade

This was the tutorial that I followed Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

Guys go ahead if the windows update is giving you issue and you cannot fix it just like me who was stuck with Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Version 1809 (Os Build 17763.557) and was not able to update to the latest Windows 10, version 20H2 go ahead and follow the guide above.
