Red and blue line on screen

I am on 19592. I downloaded this update and now I get red and blue lines on the top and bottom of the screen when I start up. In addition, I am running at 100GB with Spectrum and the start up menu is very slow. Thanks

Do you get the lines if you boot to Safe Mode?

Can you provide more info about your computer...system specs, manufacturer, original Win10 or updated from another OS? The more information you give, the better our volunteers can help you.

BTW: Safe mode is a diagnostic mode of a computer operating system (OS). ... In Windows, safe mode only allows essential system programs and services to start up at boot. Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system. It is also widely used for removing rogue security software.

I figured since you are on 19592, which is an Insider version, you would be fairly techy, sorry. Here is our tutorial on how to get to Safe Mode.

I have seen this problem in the past, it was graphics driver incompatibility.
