The reliability monitor does not show details anymore. The graph line still updates. I have tried resetting the reliability monitor, did sfc scan and dism online restore health (no repairs were needed) ans restarted with no avail.
I run windows 1909 18363.752 version.

Run CMD as administrator. Type the following and hit Enter:
If a SUCCESS message is returned, you will have enabled Data Collection for Reliability Monitor.Code:schtasks.exe /change /enable /tn \Microsoft\Windows\RAC\RacTask
If above command does not work Reset Reliability Monitor with this batch script.
I had tried a batch script found on the net without any success. I just tried the one made available by Freebooter and it solved my problem. Many thanks!
By the way, I also tried "schtasks.exe" in CMD but got the reply that the system did not recognise the specified task (???)
