    2 GB are reserved permanently for the graphics system. This canīt be changed, AFAIK.

    Not this one, select GPU 0.

    These AMD systems with Vega graphics reserve 2 GB for the graphics.

    The "Hardware reserved" part cannot be seen in your screenshot. You have to widen the window.

    Your screenshot shows "Rezervisani hardver: 2.0 GB".
    2.0 GB is reserved for your hardware.
    Click on "GPU jedinica 0" and post a screenshot of it.

    "Hardware reserved" can be as much as 8.1 GB as shown below:

I recently noticed last week after an update that my storage space had been reduced greatly. I do not have a windows.old folder. I ran CCleaner as well. I also check for bsod memory dumps, ran storage sense and disk cleanup 200265200266
