System lagging - Can hear jitter/stutter in sound and see it in video

Make up your mind , is it happening on locally stored files and running programs or just streamed ones

It happens on both. If I try to play anything on online. Youtube, Soundcloud etc... Or if I try play an mp3 stored on the hard drive... Even in apps or programs i run on the computer like reckordbox or abelton.

Thats why I said it was the system lagging or stuttering and not just my internet connection.

However, it seem when I disconnect from the router the problem goes away... I used a hotspot from my phone to see would it still happen and it didnt.

Ill try again after work and report what I find
