Windows 10 randomly black screens then crashes

    Hey.
For the past week my computer is randomly crashing. The computer freezes with a static noise coming from the speakers then there is a black screen without sound but the computer is on and then the computer crashes and starts booting to windows again. I tried sfc /scannow and it says "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations". I also went on the reliability monitor and it says "Windows was not properly shut down" (see attachment). Thanks in advance!
    Windows Version: 1909
    Build Number: 18363.720

"Windows was not properly shut down"
    - this strongly suggests a hardware problem.

    However, please see:
Microsoft is aware of Windows 10 KB4532693 critical bug
and consider uninstalling it to see what happens.

    Otherwise (for starters):

Is your PC overheating (check temps)?
    Are you overclocking?
Have you checked your disk? E.g.
    Download Portable HD Tune 2.55

    Have you checked your RAM?
Did you make changes to your hardware- esp. RAM- before this started?
PSU: sometimes crashes are related to this.

I didn't overclock the pc and didn't change the ram. I will check the link and check the disk later. I also found something 1 minute after my pc crashed but I don't know if that's the reason it crashed.

Remember to try uninstalling that update- compare when it was installed with when your problems started.

I checked and I never installed that update.

Maybe you skipped it as that was .719 and your build is 720.

Check temps and RAM... but a hardware/sudden crash could have many causes.

    You might try
Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10

    Thanks for the help!

I found that spotify was causing the problem. When I'm listening to music the computer crashes after some minutes but when I'm not listening to music the computer runs perfectly. I reinstalled spotify and used it for 30 minutes and the computer didn't crash.
    Thanks for the help!

Glad you found a cause- sometimes observation or elimination offers a way forward.
