The HP Omen 15-ce019dx service manual
You don't need to remove the heat sink to clean it. Just remove the fans and clean. Pag 49
Thermal paste never needs to be replaced unless you remove the heat sink.

Well Thank you for the service manual, now if that one screw didn't stripped, i could probably open it, and do the clean LOL, every other screw worked fine with screwdriver i had, got to the last screw, and stupid thing wouldn't come out, and think i stripped it trying to get it out lol.
So might need a professional anyways for at least this time.. Couldn't afford the toolkit i wanted to get, to see if i could get the screw out myself, and finish at least trying to get it open/clean it, but guess will wait for now, and decide what to do, or which shop to goto in coming weeks
If the screw is not completely round on top, then you could use a slightly larger screwdriver which you must press it down while turning it and keep it as vertical as possible to the screw top to make as much contact with the screw top as possible. While the standard size screwdriver might find resistance and not able to turn the screw, the slightly larger size has better contact and hence more efficiency and should be able to turn it eventually. You have to put a lot of pressure to make sure it will not slip off the screw. If the top is damaged (almost round), then you will have to somehow cut the screw, you cannot remove it with a screwdriver. I hope that helps.
