After numerous attempts I finally fixed my problem !
I went to my SSD drives manufacturer website and downloaded the latest firmware.
Update
Restart
And POP - problem gone

It might be more helpful if you mentioned brand and model of SSD.
A couple years ago one of my customers had an issue with his laptop, constant problems, reboots etc. He insisted he needed a new laptop. After some research, found an SSD firmware update that addressed the same issues. Backed up his drive just in case, applied the update, all resolved. Was a Micron/Crucial SSD.
