Upgraded to 1909 and the Event viewer still crashes

But I have found that I can use/view events as long as I select it from "Computer Management". Works just fine there.

@zbook. Thanks for your help and please don't waste your valuable time on this anymore. A solution will surface eventually. It works for a few minutes but ends up crashing eventually, regardless of where I access it from. A sure way to crash it is by attempting to sort any of the columns.

The most frequent errors (26 total) are mmc crashing, ESENT and.NET errors, followed by Service Control Manager and DistributedCom
