When the server is powered on what do you see?

Are you referring to a repetitive preparing automatic repair > diagnosing your PC (repeat startup repair)

Do you have a bootable windows iso?

    Hi Rapheal

Likely a typo but there is no such thing as Windows 2012

There is Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

For sake of argument I will Assume it is Windows 10.

Do you have your data safely backed up?

If not you can create this boot disk and get your data off. This should be step one.

Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk

Once your data is safe then power on computer. When you see the rotating dots hold the power switch until machine powers off. Power on machine when when you see the rotating dots again hold the power switch until the machine powers off.

Power on machine again. It should go it the Advance Startup Options.

Boot to Advanced Startup Options in Windows 10

Which path you take from here will depend on what machine was doing just before it failed. If it was installing updates the try removing last updates. If it was doing a Feature update, like 1809 to 1903 then go back to earlier build.

It would certainly help if we knew what Windows you are running. Can you take a picture and post.
