    This version of reliability monitor clears the erroneous entries (deletes them from the dashboard) after a few days. Minor minor reports of faults in win 10, 10240 and to soon to tell in version 10586.3

    86 events, zero issues. Looks like MS finally got it right with this upgrade. This feels like a Service Pack update where it improves stability rather than make it worse.

    Here's mine. Upgraded from 8.1 to 10, then all Windows updates current. Bios and drivers all updated in the last week. System runs pretty well except for the 20 second black screen on boot up which I haven't figured out yet .
